What is Xiechang’s high-temperature Viton (FKM) diaphragm made of?

A fluororubber diaphragm built on aramid fabric: a meta-aramid reinforcement layer coated with FKM (Viton). Aramid keeps its strength at flue-gas temperatures where ordinary nylon fabric would soften, and FKM keeps sealing where nitrile hardens.
