Troubleshooting
How do you troubleshoot common faults on an ultra-low-pressure large-diameter pulse valve?
Work conditions are DC24V/1.2A/30W or AC220V/0.5A/30W, 0.05–0.1 MPa. If the valve will not open, check voltage match and pulse width (150–200 ms) and the coil; if it clicks but will not blow, raise tank pressure to 0.05–0.1 MPa and check the damping passage; leaks usually mean a damaged pilot, diaphragm or seat that must be replaced.

Applications
How do you install an ultra-low-pressure large-diameter (8"–16") pulse valve?
Place the large diaphragm on the tank (aluminium face up) aligning the bolt holes, seat the spring in its retainer, fit the valve cover embedding the spring and tighten the bolts diagonally. For 12"–16" valves also fit the adapter and pilot valve with PTFE tape (note pilot flow direction), then pressure-hold test at 0.1 MPa.

The DMY-III (8"–16") uses a three-stage diaphragm for high sensitivity, has its first-stage seat cast integral with the air tank for low internal resistance, and fits GARLOCK first- and second-stage diaphragms rated for 1,000,000 cycles. It cleans many bags at low pressure with high air volume and suits energy-saving Roots-blower supply.
